Contact Rothschild catering for an appointment with your personal event planner.  What will your planner do?  They will ensure that each detail is covered after meeting with you at your desired location. Why do we ask so many questions?  We want to get to know the exact feel and image you envision for your event.  We take copious notes to ensure accurate food placement, proper set-up, specific thematic requests and overall management of your event are carefully outlined.  This ensures that each of our employees knows how to make your event run as smooth as silk, while you take the credit. 

Step 3:

Whether a simple tray -or- elaborate themed event, we will create a menu and list any important specifics.This may include:  Event setup for the best possible traffic flow, delivery times, special dietary needs, flowers,decor, staff notes, bar, enterainment, etc..
